Planning on doing Price Drive intervals, but my legs were still quite sore. So ended up going for a recovery spin out there and back the normal way

This evening's session didn't feel to bad, which was nice for a change

750m warm up; 8*25m sprints with a band leaving on 45 seconds; main set (repeated 4 times, last 2 with paddles): 4*25m sprint leaving on 45 seconds, 2*50m sprint leaving on 45 seconds; 1*100m sprint leaving on 2:00; 100m easy; 12*25m sprint with fins leaving on 30 seconds (30 seconds rest after 4); 100m cool down
