From Newlands car park. Along the freeway and down to the track. 4*3 minutes at 3:30/km with 2 minutes easy jogging in between. Rushed back to try and get Discovery points, but it was all in vain

Exploring the forest with Kirstin

From Newlands car park, along to Kirstenbosch, back via the cycle path and woodcutters. Then down to the reservoir for a swim, and back to the car park
