Cape Town Marathon supporting

Ran in the opposite direction to the leading men and ladies, so got to see them coming past. The ran a few kilometers with Jono Black, Matt Daneel, Mark Picker and Tim Klein (who wasn't racing). Loved being part of the race and left feeling super inspired

Second attempt at orienteering. Really enjoyed running Tim's long course around UCT/Rhodes Mem. My navigation still needs quite a bit of work, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and could definitely see myself doing a bit more of this in the future

Note

Setting up camera traps for the next 3 days - early mornings and late nights. Decided to focus on getting the traps set up properly as opposed to having to worry about exercise
