20c shoes: Oroc X-Talon 230 Flame

Bleh. Double-layered compression socks plus another layer of socks to tuck my O-pants made the arches of my feet feel like fire, then turn numb. So that was fun... Enough excuses, other than that it felt a lot like a running race, and since yours truly sucks at running races, the result was somewhat to be expected. Gotta train more... xD

Gah. Much better race than the morning blowout even though the arches of my feet still felt bad. It felt good to spike controls consistently, but the flat part at the end when running on fumes was exhaustiinngg....
