Tempo loop around the lake -> 10:13 time almost broke 10 and it's almost a minute faster than last time. Goes to show that running into a blackberry bush really does slow you down.

How to do intervals with your dogo:
1. Throw the ball as far as you can
2. run like crazy in the opposite direction once your dogo catches it
3. do loops around the play structures until your dogo catches you
4. repeat steps 1-3 until either a) you get tired or b) your dogo flops down in exhaustion/frustration
