Shins not sore straight away, pain came and went.
So bored of going slow and still feeling knackered, really missing the high end quality running sessions. Feel like i'm at a point where I can either: a) have some pain and be unfit or b) have a lot pain and feel more fit
Maybe starting next week i'll try find a compromise
