Hampsfell Middle

Almost a good run, started well only a bad route to 8 and wobble to 10. Took the slower safe route to 12 but got it fine then blew it all to 13 (-80s). Happily surprised looking at splits though cause by 9 was the same as fi and grace just need to keep it together til the end.

Junior Selection Sprint

Well this was incredibly bad and embarasssing. Running was as expected but the main problem was the nav, just couldn't read the map and pick out any routes so bailed out for a very maverick round route to 3. Guess it's what i get for not being able to do any sprint training over winter- last time a run sprint was JEC i guess. Would very much like to finish one selection race and actually be proud of it.

Shins not noticable but very stressing about other tings
