Lovely misty run with Alex

First continuous run in forever, plan was 60 but feeling weirdly good and after the initial pain died down (first 10mins) didn't think the extra time would do much more damage and wanted to have one long run done this winter. Shin were sore at times throughout mainly when descending.
Wanted to do more but then would have been even more extremely late for potluck.
