1st race in the books,
perfectly paced up until the 6km mark,
then didn't fully commit to the race
for the last 2km. Pretty gassed.
Still a reasonable effort after a roughish week.

Hard to get going this morning,
when moving there was momentum.
Quality of the work was pretty mint.
Ski erg, strength then ski with resistance
sprints all in a power hour.

Well and away one of the
Toughest workouts ever done.
Dead body and doubts going in
and throughout the workout.
Managed to overcome
the melodrama in mind.
for the final 2 miles
and just found the faith to go for it.

Rollerski back from Hanger,
skied into Scotty and Cam,
had a nice quick chat!

Felt like the tank was empty again,
didn't prevent that from going for it.
Quite a good workout.
Super fatigued by the end of the day.

Rollerski to practice.

Rough run but probably the best
Monday workout effort ever.
No fresh feeling or power output at all.
Pretty flat out gassed.
Yet physical form held,
was wondering why I got dropped so hard,
but never gave up on running well.

Strong ski to practice,
rock lodged in wheel.
while back-country rollerskiing
Really sad about not being able
to ski back home.
Ended up having to crush the
rock to get it out.
