2 PM

Running 25:00 [1] 5.56 km (4:30 / km)

Utterly exhausted in the morning.
Made it out for a dog walk and stretch only.
Couldn't make myself ski or run
Had to squeeze in short run between class
in the afternoon. Super nice weather!

Wednesday Sep 28, 2016 #

Running 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

Talked myself into -- rather than out of -- the workout.
Woke up feeling worse than the day before and energy super low.
Nice nap had brought more enthusiasm.
throat and breathing felt real rough on tempo,
short speedier stuff in spikes was still good
despite blowing and shoelace and being dropped
by zimmer and the d-man

6 AM

Water Running 45:00 [2] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Still a little sore in the throat down lower into the chest in the morning.
little reserved about entering the pool.
Workout went alright though and effort and energy was good .
Bit of body chills and long exhausting draining day afterwards.
Beat and battered on the bike home at 10p.m.
(good news though - is there's soccer next week
vs. the wrestlers so it was well worth it!)

Sunday Sep 25, 2016 #

9 AM

Running 2:00:00 [1] 26.67 km (4:30 / km)

Long actually longish this day,
(no rollerskiing to and from practice)
legs and body and breathing enjoyed
the longer length.
Feeling surprisingly alright,
throughout the run.
