Booked it during this workout and got it in the books! Some doubt within the workout but things stayed strong and held together. Pretty good preparation and execution!
Super strong in strength and ski erg prior to ski, tried to transfer the power into poling on the road and was rather successful

Evening rollerski, really tied/resigned going into the ski, but put feelings aside and focused on focusing. Tried to let it loosen my butt -- somewhat help on that rear end
Sore rear end. Ran the 1st full loop and it was real rough. Only thing pretty about it was it was pretty painful. Butt super sore on the bike over to LU for elliptical

Weird to work out on the elliptical, can really go hard and get hot and sweaty. Bum/back still tugging -- tight and tender but actually a bit better afterwards. Still felt like I was on the elliptical while walking the dog when I got home.
