Booked it during this workout
and got it in the books!
Some doubt within the workout
but things stayed strong and held together.
Pretty good preparation and execution!

Classic Rollerski 30:00 [1] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Ski home from school.
Slow rollerski wheels,
pretty weak from strength yesterday
but got into a good groove technically.
12 PM

Nice enough run.
Butt sore off the start but settled in.
Bit better by the end.
Worked on form a lot.

Super strong in strength and ski erg prior to ski,
tried to transfer the power into poling on the road
and was rather successful

Evening rollerski,
really tied/resigned going into the ski,
but put feelings aside and focused on focusing.
Tried to let it loosen my butt -- somewhat help on that rear end

Wednesday Oct 5, 2016 #

Sore rear end. Ran the 1st full loop
and it was real rough.
Only thing pretty about it was it was pretty painful.
Butt super sore on the bike over to LU for elliptical

Elliptical (elliptical) 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Weird to work out on the elliptical,
can really go hard and get hot and sweaty.
Bum/back still tugging -- tight and tender
but actually a bit better afterwards.
Still felt like I was on the elliptical while walking the dog when I got home.

Pretty purposeful pool practice.
Zimmer turned the pool into a whirlpool
in the last 30s.

Sweet soccer fun afterwards.
A good game!

Rollerski from hanger to osteo and home
afterwards. Super slow set of new wheels.
Pretty tired but had time.

from the start. Strong all the way through!

Nice ski to running.
New set of wheels -- super stable
but also super slow.
