Real good race focus mentally.
Physically pushing up against a wall the whole way,
Never able to find the juice to surge successfully.
Still room to improve racing!

Tough time taking off this day, gas tank empty.
Body a bit bagged but
Re-sparked the energy with some sweet sprints!
Still decided to cut time off short
and lessen the amount of strength afterwards.
Quality quite good, even without the quantity.

Really got it together mentally today.
Feeling tired and like it was going to be tough going in.
However, didn't doubt things would work out in the workout
and they did -- held together real well.
The one let down was the legs didn't have the gas to really go today.
With good recovery, the body shouldn't hold things back Saturday!

Was some good work
put into the pool this morning.
Tired and tough today.
Didn't effect the effort though.
Legs seem to be lagging a bit beat.
Really rested hard this afternoon.

Energy and enthusiasm
real good going into the run.
Legs kind of let things down
within the workout.
Still solid work though.

Felt amazing to be out for
a long rollerski again.
Technique and strength seem
to have maintained pretty super
from the summer.
Really thankful to be able to go
out on an adventure!

Really fun run combined into the
ski from community hall road
down to mill's block and over to rabbit mountain.
Butt a bit sore still be able to ignore it and
seems a bit strengthened afterwards!
