Real good workout this aft.
Uneasy/unsure how it'd go going into the 1st one.
Focused on just running really well.
Lost contact with the group on 2nd and 3rd one
but worked really hard to try to reel 'em in.
Didn't quite happen on either but form felt super
strong and the best running was at the end.
Pretty positive workout.

Things felt tired as usual but it
doesn't bother things anymore.

Too tired in the morning to make it happen.
waited till the evening and responded well!
(with weight of all the midterms and assignments
this week off the shoulders!)
Super quick again on the sprints again.
Stayed strong throughout the second set of strength today too
and averaged 147 wattage on the ski erg.

Good to get my butt/lower back moving
on the ski over.
May have bonked on the way back from workout.

Difficult workout -- good thing the D-man was
there to depend on.
We were really able to work into it and dig in on the tempo.
Speed stuff was tough to touch on but felt like things
held together physically/postural even if it wavered mentally.

Missing a lot of sleep
and my swimming/rollerski shorts.
Panic averted by a spare pair on
the bottom of my locker.
Late getting in the pool and felt like
I had to ignore the evil eye was on me.
Really got the water running to work today however.
Sandbagged of Conner to survive in the deep end.

Scary ski.
Wet leafs are super slippy
and not so grippy!

Strong running.
But everything is super super supressed;
Legs, lungs, head, heart.
Seems that stuff doesn't even matter
or I just don't care about that stuff anymore.
Just worked with Tye-Guy which was super
to have a training patner.
Wouldn't have made it through without him.
