inaugural hospital trail run.
Bit of mud and rain but we didn't mind.
And had a fine run!

Really good feel for the rollerski

Good pool today.
A little poodled afterwards.
Keep lying down on the floor
in various places around the house
and pretending to fall asleep.

Pretty chilly ski home,
cold and frosty out.

Overdressed and overheated on
the ski to practice.
Rather windy too.
Still skied well!

First workout to my memory
that I didn't manage to complete.
Had to dive off into the ditch to dump
on the last 30s surge.
Tough workout for the wrong reason,
had a hell of a hard time holding it 'till the end.
And it's sad that I was so close to toughing it out.
