Running race 1:30:00 [4] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

Got punched in the face this morning. Repeat of the 3km uphill test run from the summer. Good improvement (only 12s off the bro) and a solid race effort even when things got tough. Test followed by 8x1min with 1min reco to get the legs going again. Got pretty tired with the long warm-down

Good to be back in the pool. (like it was actually good, I'm not lying. (except for maybe the swimming part at the start)).

Solid steady surge workout. Shared leading each surge and steady segment withing the group swapping leaders between Zimmer and D-man. D-man decided to beat down Zimmer in a 2min surge on the last steady. He won the battle but I have a hunch Zimmer will be back to try to win the war!

Goal is to make sure my shoelace stays tied next time!

Rock solid workout with the group. Felt good to be working with d-man on the latter intervals.

Demanded a good long run convo/company from d-man and it did not disappoint. Real good long run, felt pretty easy breezy!
