Saturday Sep 16 #

9 AM

Running 1:15:00 [3] 16.67 km (4:30 / km)

Progression run. Was well done but difficult. Effort was there not so much efficiency. Body not feeling in optimal physical health and sucking dirty pound water in the lungs by the end of it.

Friday Sep 15 #

5 PM

Strength + Agilty 30:00 [1] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Squeezed in strength. Not feeling super strong but got it done.

Thursday Sep 14 #

2 PM

Running 45:00 [1] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Unable to get home for a ski, short run instead. Still feeling a little rough.

Wednesday Sep 13 #

4 PM

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Shortened workout. Only 15min tempo. Ran well but body felt congested and sore.

Tuesday Sep 12 #

7 AM

Water Running 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Little to no sleep n sore throat--not a great combo but still able to pull things together pretty well for the water running portion.
6 PM

Running 1:00:00 [1] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

Ski practice jogging. Tried to keep it light and short. Great convo with the crew.

Monday Sep 11 #

4 PM

Running 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

Good Monday effort. Throat real raw feeling and breathing off throughout but still stayed solid all the way through. Left lower leg a little laggy but will be better next time out. Hand to shut the door on Zimmer in the second hill sprint.

Sunday Sep 10 #

7 AM

Skate Rollerski 3:15:00 [1] 19.5 km (10:00 / km)

Good long rollerski with some of the lads. Was a little rough to roll home after the time sink of the athletic orientation. Had a way too long nap and then literally read the rest of the day (the reading wasn't that literary however)
