Skate skiing and warm down portion of the duathlon. Pretty sweet fun racing!

Warm up and running portion of the duathalon. Pretty slow legs in the warmup but things got up to speed for the race.

Surprised I made it through this day alive. Quite literally. Felt pretty deflated feeling when my bike tire blew. Not able to make it home for lunch or to grab my running shoe/spikes. Ran the workout on a bowl of cereal and half a muffin from the morning. Somehow managed a to have solid workout. Wasn't anything mostly and opted out of the last interval but overcame the melodrama in the mind. Thanks to the d-man for driving to the "fun" board meeting out at Lappe afterwards. Quite an awesome adventure!

Evening ski practice at Kamview for Reijo's memorial run. Very stiff and slow and bagged out on this jog. To to ski z community, a ton of people out!
