Long session with old ski buddy. Pretty darn tired by the end of it.

Running race 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

First two laps seemed fast and fun. lap three was a bit of a stutter and lap four was a suffer fest. A lot of people passing and not able to respond. Pretty gassed off the end of it but glad I went out hard even if it wasn't tactically the smartest move. It was a short race so worth the risk, on the right day might have been able to run instead of stagger around the last lap

Jog at tri city. Throat in better condition... happy to be back on the home trails!

Solid pool workout. Throat went real raw and feeling sick afterwards which was worrying with the race and travel back to KW coming up. Not a nice feeling

Real solid effort. Tough to tell when intervals were on because zimmer kept running hard to try to catch up to d-man. Super shore legs, must get new shoes sometime

Real nice long run/ski hike on the uphills. Every trial in shuniah covered plus more. Real nice day!
