1, 2, 3min then 10min tempo and 3, 2, 1min cool down. Fell off the fellas but ran at the right effort. Pretty good tired. Caught a leaf in the warm down, lot of be-leaf!

Pool workout. Did not wake up in time for this. My bad. Booked it over in a hurry and hopped in as fast as I could. Feeling a little uncoordinated doing the hurtles afterwards. Good sprints with Maxie in the strides

Jog-a-log. The log part was my legs. The jogging part was what my tired body.

Decent 18min steady surge workout. Warm down running the trails in the sun was so fun I added an extra min or two in there!
