First run with the full weight (I hope). It was fine, first hour was good and then slowed down for the next 2 hrs (was hoping to maintain 8km/hr pace but don't see to be able to).
Av pace 7:50min/km Weight 11.75kg at start, 10kgs at end
Generally fine, just found it hard going. Had to walk a bit more than I'd wanted to. No issues though. Ran 15 mins longer to make up for the shorter Run 2.
