Moderateish pace run, didn't do hill sprints as hamstrings still feel a bit tender. Feeling good though and hopefully the majority of the fatigue will be gone by tomorrow :)

Easy run with Rob in the local woods. Feeling stiff to start, particularly glutes, soon got going and felt good towards the end.

Went hell for leather from the start, thought I was going to vomit after 32 mins but survived until the end. These "Mountain Running" races aren't actually running in the mountains at all, they are trail races, glad I've finally figured this out ! Won't be coming back :)

Easy run up the Benmore burn to the bealach and back. Saw a lassie fall in a bog and get clarted in mud, hilarious !!
