Trail Run 1:01:23 [4] 5.6 mi (10:58 / mi) +250m 9:38 / mi

Run with Matt on Ord Hill. Started from the north A9 car park and ran up to the hill car park, over the fort at the top and did 6 x 60 second hill sprints which included some viciously steep steps !! Went absolutely nuts on the sprints, managed to keep the distance covered to within 5m from the first to the sixth although after the last one I had to lie down for a couple of minutes. Easy warm down running back to the car park.

Road run with a decent climb. Did 6 x 15 second hl sprints half way through. Feeling pretty good, sprinted strongly.
