Slept really well and had a morning nap too.
Easy warm up - 3 x technical exercise circuits - easy run home.
Uphill bounding remains a mystery to me, how do people do it !! Had to split the 50m into 2 x 25m sections with a 20s break inbetween !!
Absolute smashed after the third circuit, quads were like jelly, feeling good.
