Moderate run. Through the woods, over the gorge, out to the wind farm road and straight across through the estate. Jumped into the road for a wee bit then took the cycle trail home with a few detours to add distance.

Feeling good.

Windy today but managed to work it so the first 10 efforts were with a tail wind. A great session !!
Back pain has eased right off, just some stiffness now.

Back pain has struck .... nothing too acute but very uncomfortable. Likely causes are sleeping the last five nights in a soft bed, and an uncomfortable flight home this afternoon. Exercising this evening to try and relieve things....
