- 5 min walking warm up
- 20 min running
- 5 min walking cool down.

Was anxious about running 20 mins straight but I felt good most of the time. I just mentally broke it into 5 minute quarters.

Tri Adventure bike and navigation training day. I rode my fat bike. We cycled about 2 hours then did a 2.5 hour MTB & trek rogain then rode about 2 hours back to the car park. I ran the entire trek leg with Paul E. Pushed myself to the point where I was exhausted and had to walk up hills on the way back and fell asleep on the couch in the afternoon.

It was quite tough running for 8 minutes straight but I perservered.

Easy pre-work fat bike ride along the beach from home to Suttons at low tide. Just getting back into it so don't want to push too hard yet.

Stair training with Paul at Suttons Beach. Felt strong running up the stairs. I must be getting stronger from the running training.
