Strength 54:00 [3]

WU, weighted calf raises, SLS, Hammy drops then core and stability. Enjoying the strength but based on how trashed the body feels after will have to dial back once I start running again.

WU, calf raises, mobility, squats & core. Good stuff and ankle was ok after the calf raises.
