Ran really well until control 24 where i lost the plot and hit the wall. Excited about my performance navigating but not so on my running. To be honest I was shit. Just shows you how much I need to get back into the terrian.

All this biking and no real training is not good for me.

No warm down as I was jibbering and falling over as I'd hit the wall.
