Crookes - Stannington - Rod Side - Rivelin - Redmires - Crosspool - Crookes

Hit the 'energy wall' with about 5 km to go as I didnt really have much to eat for lunch, so started and stopped a lot... so there's about 3km missing from where I wasn't really 'running'. Banana to the rescue!

Bottom of my leg still hurts, really finding it hard to stretch my hamstrings/calves any more as they might fall off!!
