ORIENTEERING (Map Testing) 1:36:00 [4] ***

Went to test the BUSA 2007 Relay area at Houghall Woods in Durham.
Ran around checking the area out on the map and testing routes and looking at certain control sites around the area.
So Runnable its untrue! Can't wait!

Note

Knee/hip feels a lot better this weekend - but my whole leg still stiffens up when i'm not running!
Possibly due to lack of sleep!

Fell Run from Edale up Ringing Roger and along to Grindsbrook and down.
Horrible weather - got wet, cold and muddy!
Pub lunch to follow - yum!

Back from work (half way with Jenny) and then beasted it up the mile long hill back home.

200-250-300 reps x3 with a bit of rest in between. With Jules, Rach and Jenny.
around 35-45-55secs but some were a little faster than others.
Felt good, although slightly knackered from the night's training before.
6km on track and then extra warm up/down

Warm Up for track - couple of laps of the middle of the track and some stretches - then striding warm ups.
Warm down - 3 or 4 laps of the track at talking pace.

Hill session from Hillsborough up to South Road, Walkley. Reps were long and I did 5 with a warm up loop and warm down jog.
