ORIENTEERING (Pickering Forest (7.6km)) 1:14:00 [4] **** 9.0 km (8:13 / km) +325m 6:58 / km
spiked:19/25c (injured) shoes: X-Talon 212

Still feeling pain in my knee but decided to give o-ing a go! it was a great little area and the views were stunning on the way into Levisham. The pub lunch after wasn't too bad either!
Sloppy to number 1 - lost 2 minutes there!! - then had a few other slips but mostly slow speed and not much time lost.
Managed to catch TomE at 1, then saw him at 6.

Number 19 was definitely stunning control of the year. Nestled in the middle of a waterfall and the view into the valley was great!

Slow race, but very good fun.
