Ran pretty well considering lately not being able to shake my pain in my right leg.
My aim was to keep ahead of Oli for as long as possible.... which I think i did for about 5km with a 2 min head start... not so bad. But when he passed me he was going much quicker and I couldn't even hang on.
Spiked most controls, but messed up towards the end with some hesitations but no misses. Overall happy.

OK skipped the climbing to run in the end... managed to get out in the beautiful sunshine! Round the roads.. only problem was my calf and right knee are killing me! Can't seem to shake it!

Hit the 'energy wall' with about 5 km to go as I didnt really have much to eat for lunch, so started and stopped a lot... so there's about 3km missing from where I wasn't really 'running'. Banana to the rescue!
