Easy running

Beehive, macron, loop of middlebrook, up to motorway bridge and back the same way.

Hamstring still tight, and little discomfort, but gradually getting better.

Not sure if Sunday is do-able, but I won't make the decision until the last possible moment.

Feeling a little sluggish this morning, not sure if it because of the lack of running this week.

Hoping to get out and do something tonight and see how I go.

Beehive, ox hey lane, through golf course, up regents road to junction and back the same way.

Still feel the hamstring, but it felt better tonight may be due to the amount of stretching I did before the run.

Still preventing me to stride at normal length which is still an issue.

Not feeling 100% yet, which is very annoying with all the easy running i've been doing this week and two rest days.
