8 AM

Easy running (Ray running ) 53:04 [3] 8.0 mi (6:38 / mi)

Easy running

Ran down Chorley new road, beehive, down past greenalghs along past footy training ground through golf course and along the side of the railway line towards Bolton turning at 4 mile.

Kept it easy and ran within myself and stride so to not hurt my hamstring felt better today with more movement but not taking any chances as I can still feel discomfort.

6 AM

Easy running 39:21 [3] 6.0 mi (6:34 / mi)

Easy run

Beehive, lap of middlebrook and up to motorway bridge, back the same way via police station and back road around middlebrook.

Hamstring was tighter this morning, plenty of stretching before run, just kept it easy, but it was very cold this morning , been wearing tights last few days and still cold.

really startuing to annoy me this hamstring, thought it would be in a better place that it is currently.

still take the positives it is better than it was and im back running. Just need to keep progressing.
7 PM

Easy running (Easy running) 40:21 [3] 6.0 mi (6:44 / mi)

Easy running

Standard route, beehive, macron,A6, crown lane, crown as home.

Hamstring / back of knee still tight but slowly getting more movement and range. Hoping things start progressing a bit quicker now.

6 AM

Easy running (Easy Running) 37:21 [3] 6.0 mi (6:14 / mi)

Easy running

Beehive, macron, loop of middlebrook, up to motorway bridge and back the same way.

Hamstring still tight, and little discomfort, but gradually getting better.

Not sure if Sunday is do-able, but I won't make the decision until the last possible moment.

Feeling a little sluggish this morning, not sure if it because of the lack of running this week.

Hoping to get out and do something tonight and see how I go.

6 PM

Easy running (easy running) 37:01 [3] 6.0 mi (6:10 / mi)

Easy running

Beehive, ox hey lane, through golf course, up regents road to junction and back the same way.

Still feel the hamstring, but it felt better tonight may be due to the amount of stretching I did before the run.

Still preventing me to stride at normal length which is still an issue.

Not feeling 100% yet, which is very annoying with all the easy running i've been doing this week and two rest days.

Wednesday Oct 12 #

6 PM

Easy running (Easy running ) 47:09 [3] 7.0 mi (6:44 / mi)

Easy running

Beehive, macron, loop of middlebrook, motorway bridge and back the same way, back home via Aldi then back home.

Hamstring was very tight on the first mile to mile and half started off really slow 7:40 miling, then it eased and I was able to run faster.

Felt ok sort from the right hamstring, still bunged up but still not fully out of my system.

Sunday Oct 9 #

8 AM

Running (Easy running) 1:04:56 [3] 10.0 mi (6:30 / mi)

Easy running

Chorley new road, ox hey lane, through golf course dropping down to lostock train station on the middlebrook cycle way to Bolton and back the same way.

Hamstring was ok, still tight and sore if I stepped on to a kerb or anything like that. Cut the run short so I do deny do anymore damage.

Cold is a little better but still finding it hard to get breathing patterns without coughing up rubbish and full of snot.
