woop woop another 1 another 1. again nice and hot out, summer weather! ran with DT, we started hot and lagged the middle and finished strong. was my first chance to run with a buddy in a while. 2 more days until i'm done exams and i swear i'm gonna jump on the track and do 6x300 @800m rp in celebration

foot was 0/10 to run on, just sore to massage again. i think i am due for some beastly graston.

this was an oops. just one of those runs where you're fucking joyful about being out running haha. so god damn beautiful outside, and this round of exams is pretty hellish so yea, it was awesome just to get out. didn't mean to go fast. foot was 0/10 during. past few days it seems to be pain free when wearing runners/birks, but sore (1/10 at most) when i massage it or walk around bare foot. forgot to try out a couple strides.

wahooo look at me go. foot was 0/10. right now it's a lil sore but mildly, to the touch.

saw jeff today. he wants me to start doing a bit of skipping, like jump rope, like shit i haven't done since grade 3. so i guess i will need to go find a jump rope! wants me to start trying to get some quicker running in now. his words were "try a little speed work" so i'm thinking next week i will try out a couple strides after running.
