activation, 15min wu from hangar to Belrose, LU active wu
4 x full Belrose (~500m ish hill), jog down rec
walk half, jog half set rest
3 x short hill (first ~90m of Belrose), jog down rec
15min cd to hangar
plyos: 2x10 each leg of skips, bounds, straight legs, speed skaters

this was pretty good. got to work with hess and maxi! i led the 2nd and 4th big hills. we were supposed to start a bit easier on the first one and then progress through the workout. maybe the first couple were a bit too easy, but i started to really push in the second half of the third hill and then was feeling cooked by the end of the 4th hill. there was actually more left in the tank than expected on the last 2 short hills so i was able to finish strong which was nice. the foot has been pretty unchanged the past few days. it's feeling a little aggravated to the touch right now, probably from doing plyos barefoot on the grass. should go back to baseline with some ice.

this was okay. good layer of slushy snow on the ground for the past couple days but i managed to get into the hospital trails for some of this and they were in decent condition

this was okay. couldn't make it to LU practice. meant to throw in a bit of quality but i was feeling pretty sluggish. snow was pretty melty

25min run to lu hangar, some activation, 15min up, straight into 4x2min on, 1min off; 2min set rest, another 2x2min, straight into ~7min cd

this was pretty good. always nice to see some old familiar faces! didn't feel like doing a workout but after the first couple intervals i finally felt like i was warmed up and ready to roll. foot was fine.
