this was pretty good. got to work with hess and maxi! i led the 2nd and 4th big hills. we were supposed to start a bit easier on the first one and then progress through the workout. maybe the first couple were a bit too easy, but i started to really push in the second half of the third hill and then was feeling cooked by the end of the 4th hill. there was actually more left in the tank than expected on the last 2 short hills so i was able to finish strong which was nice. the foot has been pretty unchanged the past few days. it's feeling a little aggravated to the touch right now, probably from doing plyos barefoot on the grass. should go back to baseline with some ice.
