this was pretty good. got attacked by a dog while running though. was running by some IDIOT lady and she let her stupid dog off its leash right as i was going by and it straight up attacked me and was biting my arm and shit. it tried to bit my ass and i straight up punched it in the head ahhahaha. this dumb ass lady wasn't even TRYING to do anything to stop her dog, she was just standing there dumbfounded. i was backing away slowly ready to kick it in the face if it came at me again, and i was screaming at this lady, basically went full sean baynton on her ass. fuck i was SO MAD and now i'm angry again as i'm typing this. she's so lucky it didn't rip into any of my clothes. fucking idiot

this was decent! no nicole today so it was up to me to lead (most of) the w/o haha, except morgan led the first 200 of set 2; also i thought i was going solo on the 3rd set but royden helped me out which was awesome. felt really strong the whole way through during the actual reps, but was pretty woozy and lightheaded between sets 1 and 2. lost a bit of focus on the second 400 but snapped out of it after that which was good. overall happy with the session and feeling hecka fit!

kinda felt trashy today. almost was going to just do a straight up run with some pickups, but decided to meet up with nicole. am glad i did as it was probably way better than anything i would have done OMO haha.
