Note

saw TJ for a massage at 8am. this was my first time ever seeing him. walked out of there feeling like i had just done a hard workout haha, then i went home and passed out for 3 hours. didn't feel up for even a quick shake out all day so took the day off.

this was prettay good! felt super relaxed until halfway through the 2nd 300. led the whole w/o minus the first 400. crazy how much easier this was compared to last week. was wanting to hit 31-31.5's so the pacing was actually pretty bang on. 2nd 400 was the funnest rep, got to chase down all the distie boys!

this was decent considering the quick turnaround from friday. my legs felt fresher than i thought they would, but the breathing was a little quicker to SOB than usual. kept it short and sweet, was nice to move the legs. walked away feeling pretty good.

this was an ok run w/ DT + ML. we made some bad choices in terms of route, a few slow km's in there near the end on account of running on shear ice. you can see on the GPS data where we were slipping along on ice and then where we got off the ice and significantly increased the pace haha.
