activation, 20min wu, dynamic wu on square track
3x(2min on (~5k-ish effort), 2 off, 3x30s hard/30 easy), 4min SR
4 laps of flush strides
13min cd

this was alright, pretty tough. feeling much more rested today. was pleased that the treadmills were able to go much faster than my 1500 effort haha. i think what made this hard was doing the whole thing continuous and trying to keep recovery honest (although it slowed down a LOT in the latter half). tough to do short reps on the 'mill but it was my best option, quality was still better than it would have been outdoors. no strength after, i ran out of time and was feeling pretty rekt

was feeling exhausted this week from work/school, had a few big deadlines to meet and was basically a zombie so decided to purposefully take a few days off. meant to only do tues-thurs off but i had no energy friday evening haha.
