this was alright, pretty tough. feeling much more rested today. was pleased that the treadmills were able to go much faster than my 1500 effort haha. i think what made this hard was doing the whole thing continuous and trying to keep recovery honest (although it slowed down a LOT in the latter half). tough to do short reps on the 'mill but it was my best option, quality was still better than it would have been outdoors. no strength after, i ran out of time and was feeling pretty rekt
