Hah so we were directed the wrong way so ended up doing 2.9k..never thought I'd be so mad about a race being cut short but I'm SO MAD cause I was on track for a huuuuuge PB (22:30ish). Going into it I was so tired and body felt dead from long run and yesterdays zumbathon but after warm up I was really feelin it and pumped to pb, stuck onto 2 guys then passed them then focused on closing in on freeze
2.9k time was 13:02

Soooo beautiful out!! Shorts and t-shirt weather yay! Run was good stuck with Freeze, fell of a few times but got right back up, everything after was great quality

Learning how to front crawl with my head actually underwater woo! By the end I was like actually swimming I think...sooo much water up my nose I'll be smelling chlorine for days. Looking forward to showing off on tuesday hahah

First half was frustrating and stressful cause I can't balance and it's hard to like get calm haha but the last half was actually relaxing and I felt so good after, should do this more

Mediocre Monday, hard loop is tied for the fastest so that's good that it's not slower but bummed that I didn't pb because the effort felt like it was going to be much faster than that...arms and legs are feeling sore and heavy
