Feeling much better throat wise but stomach was so unhappy today, glad that I ran through it though. Worked well and competed with Molly and Maxi. Fell off after the massive hill but worked my way back up to them!! Know I can make this faster though because I wasn't sure of where exactly to stop thought it went all the way back to the lights at lu, so I could have pushed more if I knew where to stop. Average pool workout, felt like garbage and still really phlemy but wanted to get the work done, butt is soooo sore today

This was good considering how I'm feeling, breathing was hard can't really get in a full breath if that makes sense? Still frustrated but made the most of it!! Felt nice and refreshed after

Gross phlemy cough, and runny nose but that's it...so annoyed with this cause I can't really breathe through the phlem. lots of halls, tea, and googling ways to get better by tomorrow haha

Another Zumba fundraiser this morning! I love kin cause I get bonus marks for doing ZUMBA!!! Definitely still sick but don't think it really affects my workout it's just an annoying sore croaky throat

Freezy took me on another fun adventure run! Found a new place to run woo! So nice out today too! Throat is like raw and I can't really talk lol

Pretty average circuit with freeze today, still not feeling great sameish symptoms as yesterday, legs are generally sore and heavy
