Day 1 of the Stockville.
Covered around 24 miles with a considerable amount of climb.
Since we had packs on and the considerable amount of distance we had to cover, we resorted to walking. Running would have destroyed our bodies.

We took a trip to Bull Pond today.

Ran to the highest points on the map. Enjoyed some nice views and got some practice in for the Stockville. About 4 miles clocked in.

Mine Torne Run
Started at Brooks Pond. Ran along a beautiful trail that had a good mix of ups and downs. Ended with a final climb to the top of the Torne. Beautiful view and good workout.

Today was focused on building strength

4x8 Dumbell Press
30 Air squats between each set

4x10 Pectoral Fly
5 pullups in between each set
20 Air Squats between each set

4x10 Bench press (135 lbs)

4x10 lateral rows
20 air squats in between each set

4x10 biceps curls (70 lb bar)

Move to Hayes

2 mins of situps (80 situps) -> need to be able to max at all times
Burnout on pushups - 45... weak... but still not too bad after arm workout.
