First spent 30 minutes in Arvin

4 x 8 Dumb bell bench Press

The Tricep Torture
Laying on the bench, hold dumbbell and slowly bring it behind your head until it drops down to the floor, but don't let it rest on floor. Bring back up to the chest, and press up to the ceiling. Repeat

3 x 10 (60 lbs)
- 5 pull ups between each set
3 x 10 (55 lbs)
- 5 pull ups between each set
3 x 10 (50 lbs)
4 x 8 Bench Press

Then went to Hayes Gym
- Spider man push ups
- 10 rope climbs
- Some push ups
- Some pull ups

Note

Went to the trainer. Most likely have a stress reaction in my lower left tibia. Told that I need to stay off my leg until after Thanksgiving Break. That means no half marathon.... But, it is important to rely on the effectiveness of cross training to stay fit and keep my heart pumping. NAVY is only 2 weeks away!

- Moving from 45 degrees of inclination to 90 degrees
50 Russian Twists
72 Baby Crunches

Set a course for the team today.
Not a very fast pace, but there was some good elevation change
