The Tricep Torture
Laying on the bench, hold dumbbell and slowly bring it behind your head until it drops down to the floor, but don't let it rest on floor. Bring back up to the chest, and press up to the ceiling. Repeat
3 x 10 (60 lbs)
- 5 pull ups between each set
3 x 10 (55 lbs)
- 5 pull ups between each set
3 x 10 (50 lbs)
4 x 8 Bench Press
Then went to Hayes Gym
- Spider man push ups
- 10 rope climbs
- Some push ups
- Some pull ups
