Did a circuit of dips to TMF, 50 total pull ups, 200 total push ups, 1 min flutter kicks, 1 min plank X 4 circuits

Balled hard with the team. Full court workout. Good speed workout. Definitelly got out of breath and worked on my breathing. Need to finish at the rim more and work on rebounding

Harriman State park. Ran with Bridgit, Sam and Riley. Just ran down some random trails. Several hills, overall pretty nice run. Ended with Jett's abs
