Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

After being dismissed from drill, worked on teambuilding skills and competitive drive by engaging in over an hour of basketball action. Afterwards we did some light IOCT work. Taught James Richie how to run the IOCT. Had American Burrito at company dinner.

Running 50:00 [3]

Ran at Bear Mountain park for 50 minutes. 10 minute nonstop smoker with JettDipalmy afterwards. I saw two squirrels chasing each other around a tree. It was a good day.
