Ran all the way up Bear Mountain. For those that don't know, Bear Mountain is a giant mountain in the lower Hudson valley placed deliberately to suck the willpower out of innocent AT hikers. This is a giant mountain. Especially if you run it from the north, like today. We got some cool pics for the team facebook though. Go ahead and hit us with that follow.

Also did a weird nonstop workout at the top. Hans, you remember what it was. Pushups, squats, burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers (ironic), etc.

Finished it up by running down Bear Mountain and stretching it out at the bottom

Running 50:00 [3]

Ran all the way up Storm King Mountain. Some great views and awesome pics for my #insta. Worked out as a team afterwards. I was running too fast (or training too hard, you decide) when I came off the mountain and I ate it on the pavement. I have a rock stuck in my hand. It made it difficult to brush my teeth with that hand.

Also I live on the sixth floor and have class at the top of WH every day. Hans throw a dog a bone and recognize dedication to leg day every day.
