After dinner hike up the hill. Didn't run over the weekend. Catching up on housework I'd put off all summer. Will start running a bit again this week. Legs feel good.

After dinner walk. Went down driveway and turned right without thinking about it and walked up the usual hill. Meant to go do the flatter loop but it's a habit at this point. Legs really felt ok. Sore for sure but just overall sore nothing crazy.
