BCLP family run. First real run since rrr. Legs felt good. Basically took two weeks off with some walks and one little run. Will start getting back to some consistency now. No real mileage or time goals for another two weeks. Just try to get out 5x per week and lift once or twice a week.

Tried squats but after feeling how heavy just 95 felt decided to wait another week or so for legs to fully recover.
