Staunton run with sio. Checked out new trail to an awesome viewpoint at top of mason creek. Ran the big uphill climb back. Felt good to run some hills and not worry about heart rate and power hiking after all the training this summer. Took our time lot of stops. Most of the aspen leafs are down.
