Easy neighborhood run. Up and down 2x and one lowere loop plus a little climb at end. Ran into chuck from next door ended up bsing last five. Has five great grand kids has through hiked AT and PCT. He says being active is the absolute most important thing in life. Could listen to the guys stories for hours. Will try to keep his advice in mind on the crappy days this winter. Would be great to make it as long as he has. Missed last two days while traveling for work.

TM in midland. 5 warmup then 3x2min interval,5x3+min interval starting at 7:13 pace finishing at 6:03. Felt like crap after eating brisket but had to do something while at sealevel. Can hardly run a 6min mile in co. Wasn't breathing hard at sea level.

Squats 145,155,165,175,185 x5 felt a lot stronger this week. Last set was not a struggle.
Bench 135,145,155,165,175 only got 4 on last one. Prob could have got 5 but didn't have a spotter so chickened out.
