Went up Rooney around the nose and dropped down box o rocks. Didn't have my watch and stopped for elk so no real idea on time. I'll update mileage next time I do this loop. Fitness is good for the bike climbs but I need to get comfortable on the dh stuff. Having fun but going way too slow. Also have a little bit of a cold from the kid so HR was up and slowed down the climb. Locked out suspension about half way up climb. Definitely helped on the couple spots I stood to pedal. About broke my ass when I forgot to open it back up and was cranking away up top.
